Job Title : Service Delivery Manager
Location : Chicago, IL
Job Description
Key Skills and Experience:
·Overall 15-20 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 10-12 years serving in capacity of technical member initially and then delivery lead / technical manager for IT application support and development projects
·Must have managed medium-sized (50+ FTE) multi-year application managed services outsourcing engagements / programs
·Technical acumen for Microsoft technologies such as Azure, .NET, SQL server, SharePoint with willingness to learn new technologies on the job & cross-skill across similar technologies
·Must have experience handled large teams in onsite-offshore model, understanding of onsite & offshore cultural aspects
·Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
·Client facing responsibilities (25%):
·Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients
·Client stakeholder management
·Client escalation management
·Ensuring customer delight
·Delivery leadership and excellence (25%):
·Experience in Contract preparation, negotiation, Contract change management
·Delivery of services as per SOW
·Onsite / offshore coordination to ensure service delivery excellence
·Coaching / mentoring the team
·Delivery of application / production support services (20%):
·Experience in SLA / Penalty based multi-year application / production support service delivery with demonstrated continuous service improvement
·Well versed with ITIL practices / process
·Familiarity of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
·Delivery of application development services (15%):
·Experience of agile based application development
·Delivery of fixed price / outcome based projects
·Familiarity of agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
·Governance and Reporting (15%):
·Ensuring SLA / KPI adherence, timely reporting and improvements
·Represent Hexaware in Quarterly Business Reviews with client
