Position : Project Director Location : Memphis, TN Job Description: Experience :- ·         15+ years of experience working on Projects in Retail Domain. ·         Experience handling accounts with revenue of 10m+ ·         Experience managing 200+ member teams , distributed globally ·         Experience in direct communication with Client stakeholders at multiple levels ·         Well versed with core Business Processes from Retail Domain ·         Should have managed Programs/Projects delivered using AGILE methodology ·         Experience managing Programs delivered using Java Technologies is a plus ·         Well versed with the latest Technology trends   Responsibilities:-   ·         Customer interaction and ensuring customer delight ·         Address all action items of engagement level customer delight survey ·         Managing Customer expectations ·         Timely completion of Deliverables with expected Quality ·         Monitor progress of projects and update the stakeholders ·         Conduct Reviews with Senior Management ·         Track customer complaints and escalations to closure ·         Risk & Opportunity identification, mitigation planning and monitoring for various engagements within the assigned Account(s) ·         Review Project Metrics/ SLAs and their achievement and take corrective action ·         Prepare performance dashboards for the engagement ·         Ensure the Service Reporting Key Performance Indicators are met and operated effectively ·         Comply with all information security policies and processes ·         Improve productivity of the team by initiating and tracking CVAs and improvement actions ·         Timely billing in line with payment milestones ·         Ensure employee satisfaction of all members working in the account ·         Mentor the team ·         Managing Account Profitability.
