JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Role: Sr. Java/Python Engineer
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: 6+ Months
Top Requirements:
• MQ – IBM MQ, will be taking cloud packages to openshift. Open to seeing kafka or other messaging platforms
• Python/java – no UI development, language not important
• Ansible – leveraging ansible tower for IAC, YAML
• Jenkins
• Docker/kubernetes – ideally knows the variants of kubernetes, can be ramped up on different platforms
• Five or more years building enterprise software with a history of increasing responsibility.
• Experience with using opensource telemetry stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, etc.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or Openshift.
• Experience with infrastructure as code techniques.
• Experience with CICD, Jenkins preferred.
Preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with IBM integration products (MQ, Integration Bus, etc.)
Nice to Have:
• Healthcare/finance/defense experience
