· 5+ years of experience in a consulting or IT · 3+ years of hands-on JIRA experience · Strong understanding of JIRA best practices and functionality · Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills · Creative and analytical thinker · Strong problem-solving skills · Experience supporting a Finance organization · Experience working as part of a project team, with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and handle simultaneous requests Additional information Nice to Haves: · JIRA Administrator certification · Experience with SQL or JavaScript · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, or related business discipline |
Job Description
· Experience in Jira and Confluence Migration from Server to Jira Cloud and consolidate 2 cloud instances into one site.
· Experience in using plugins JSU, Script-Runner, etc.
· Experience in Configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing JIRA Cloud, Confluence, JIRA Server and key 3rd party add-ons
· Experience in JIRA workflow extensions and customization using scripting tools such as Groovy
· Experience Confluence configuration and set up for Confluence on server and cloud.
· Experience with page workflows extensions.
· Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and show initiative to take on tasks
