Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced ProgramManager to be a key driver of the Franchise-wide operational tools and serviceswe need across Studios. As Studios continues to grow, we need toensure best in class support, safety and communication tools to continue to runsmooth live operations and build long-term relationships with ourplayers. These capabilities include email, in game messaging service,safety and moderation tools, Self-help content and support agent tools.
Some key qualities that we are looking for: you are a highlycompetent and experienced Program Manager and have experience with definingcompelling and impactful product vision. You’re results-oriented and have atrack record of working across multiple engineering teams to deliver qualityproduct experiences grounded in customer experience, crafting the processes forproduct development, and executing with detail orientation. You careabout impact grounded in data and player/customer experience. You havethe intellect, ambition, and emotional intelligence to develop plans and drivechange. You do what it takes to make your team and stakeholders successful.
Responsibilities
• Drive the product vision and execution for Franchisewide operational tools and services for communication, safety and support.
• Drive requirements and manage product features,roadmap and execution.
• Partner across teams and stakeholders to understandrequirements and needs and communicate goals, risks, progress and achievementeffectively.
• Manage external development teams and theirdevelopment roadmap.
• Ensure teams are using sound and acceptedpractices for taking in work requests, defining scope, costing work, writingproduct specs/requirements, developing workback plans, executing scrum orscrum-like rituals, identifying dependencies/risks and reporting status.
Qualifications
• 5+ years software or web or gaming ProductManager experience
• 3+ years’ experience executing against agilesoftware development processes or similar
• Experience defining product vision andrequirements in close partnership with stakeholders in operations and design.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks toquality, schedule, and budget
• Experience working with global teams, acrossmultiple cultures and time zones
• Demonstrated excellence in cross-teamcollaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, ability to set a clear path andfollow it despite obstacles
• Strong attention to details, analyticalproblem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ProductManagement or similar field, or equivalent work experience
