Description:-
Minimum 7+ Years of Experience
Technical/Functional Skills:-
·         Unix Server Administration
·         General server administration (Windows/AIX/Linux/Solaris) skills like
·         Add/Remove User, account lockout, group, permissions, password reset, service
stop/start, etc.
·         Windows Active Directory experience know how to use the MS Remote
Administration Tools
·         Windows Server Administration / troubleshooting
·         Support experience with Access management solutions like PingFederate
products, FAM/SAML, SSO, WSSO, LDAP etc.
·         Knowledge of Access Management applications (Oracle Access Manager 10g,
·         Oracle Access Manager 11g, Oracle Adaptive Access Manger 11g)
·         Oracle Fusion middleware - OUD, OIM, OAM knowledge & experience.
·         Understanding of WebLogic based technologies.
·         Digital certificate (SSL) experience (Issuing/Expiration notification/trouble
shooting).  Know private/public key concept.
·         Have general understanding of 2 factor authentications.
·         Communication skills - written and verbal.
·         Knowledge on any of the vendor products like CyberArk, Dell Quest, Beyond
·         Trust, Imperva DAM, RSA AM8, Venafi, Oracle Fusion Middleware – Identity /
access suite, Ping Identity Suite.
·         Knowledge on Unix.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
·         Architecture Design review
·         Root cause Analysis and development.
·         Supports Access management solutions (PingFederate, LDAP, WSSO, FAM)
·         Partner with key stakeholders to improve the overall quality and availability of
access management products and services
·         Provide support in areas of identity and access management solution direction
and issue resolution following SOPs
·         Supports application integration with Oracle LDAP and TDS LDAP.
·         Performs first and second level problem determination and resolution following
established KP-IT methods and standards.
