Job Title: Java Developer w/d Cloud Exp
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 6+ Months contract to hire role
Minimum Qualifications:-
1. Strong Programming skills in JAVA, Python & Shell Scripting
2. Experience troubleshooting and debugging production systems and code
3. Experience with IaaS technologies e.g.: Docker, Kubernetes, istio, identity & security, APM & logging storage, load balancing
4. Experience developing & deploying applications with Apache & Tomcat Containers
5. Experience of Network technologies like TCP/IP, SSH, routing and web technologies like HTTP, SSL/TLS & DNS
6. Strong and written verbal communication skills to be able to write documents, communicate and collaborate with geographical spread teams
Desired qualifications: -
1. Experience building and deploying distributed & multitenant systems on public and on-prem cloud
2. Knowledge on database technologies – RDBMS & NoSQL
3. Experience in administering and configuring IBM WebSphere application server
4. Experience in Serverless Platform
