Location- Plano, TX
Duration- 1+Year
Description:-
· Experience in SharePoint Online & On-Premise Administration as a SME.
· Profound knowledge of SharePoint Permissions architecture including whitelisting External Domains & managing External user’s access.
· Knowledge of Term Store Administration, Search, deploying apps.
· Prior experience in SharePoint Migration/reporting using tool Share Gate.
· Working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Flows, SharePoint
· Designer, O365 groups connected Sites, modern pages, Web Parts.
· Prior experience in managing One Drive for Business administration.
· In-depth knowledge of MS Teams architecture, its integration with other O365 workloads, MS Teams Administration.
· Managing Teams policies, Conference Bridges and assignment to users.
· Working experience Administering Skype for Business.
· PowerShell scripting experience for SharePoint/Teams Admin tasks.
· Documented risk and issue assessments, major incident reports, problem root cause analysis reports.
· Service operations within the operational KPIs of the end user SLA.
· Working instructions and training material for customer service desk, first and second level support teams.
· Works closely with Customer and builds a strong relationship with them.
· Capability to work with little supervision, have a strong desire to grow
· Technically, quick learner of Microsoft M365 fast changing environment.
KPIs:
· End-to-end service availability and performance according to SLA
· Value Adds suggested & implemented in the environment
