Job Description:
Experienced SharePoint Developer that can design, implement, configure, and administer Microsoft SharePoint. Comfortable developing and implementing multi-stage workflows based on user requirements. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Work with IT to redesign and automate business processes. Automate and streamline business processes through workflows, implementation of approvals within workflow, document repository capabilities, and extracts to feed downstream applications.
Preferably have a certification in SharePoint (SP Online, SP 2016, SP 2013)
Familiarity with Agile, Sprints, and DevOps App Dev methods
Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and services; Extensive experience in SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Office Suite. Expert in SharePoint "modern" web parts and features. Thorough understanding of the following areas:
o SharePoint Designer
o InfoPath Forms
o PowerApps and PowerShell
- Strong background in Web Development - HTML, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL
- Comfortable using PowerBI and MS Flow (Power Automate)
- Experience in using Active Directory
- Experience designing in both SharePoint Online (O365) and Sharepoint2013
- Design, enhance, implement and maintain SharePoint sites and applications ensuring access, reliability, availability and usability to current and new users
- Develop and integrate SharePoint with processes, workflows, e-mail alerts, data visualization, relational database management and/or data hub to connect multiple data sources for business intelligence
- Automate data exports and imports from a database as well as pull data from a database
- Develop reporting capabilities/dashboards within SharePoint on workflow stage data
- Good understanding of security functionality in SharePoint and best practices for securing application
- Must be able to develop SharePoint forms/libraries with HFE (Human Factor Engineering) and UE (usability engineering) built into the UI (user interface)
- Familiarity with complex SharePoint lists designs involved with repeating tables, cross linked lists, data connections, file attachments, url parameter encoding, field calculations, etc.
