Role: Java L3 Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities
· Expert on Java/J2EE
· Java resources with significant Spring, Hibernate experience.
· Java, j2ee Server Hands on
· Micro services
· Hibernate, SQL
· Web Services (REST, SOAP),
· Spring Boot
· Spring MVC
· Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
· Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
· Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc...) is needed to be successful in this position.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Understand how to access and use JIRA for tickets and update them for project status
· Work with stakeholders to confirm, validate, understand or clarify the requirements or enhancement requests
· Be aware of all stakeholders and communicate with them effectively on project status
· Understand the downstream and upstream applications to assess the impact of enhancements
· Understand the build process and release process for development, enhancements and bug fixes to be rolled out in production
Qualifications/ Minimum qualifications
· Masters in Computer Science or B.Tech
· Team oriented
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated
· At least 3 years of solid working experience in core Java and SQL
· Expert on Java/J2EE
· Java resources with significant Spring, Hibernate experience.

· Ability to handle changes and do application development as per the project plan
· Working with a team as a good team player
Preferred qualifications
· Restful services or Big data expertise (spark/Hadoop etc) is a plus
· Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational and teaming skills
· Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
· High level of ownership and accountability; organized and detail oriented
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization, external customers, providers, vendors and partners
