I am trying to fill up a consulting position for one of our major clients for an important project. More about the project details are given below
Role- Identity and Access Management Consultant
Location- Boston, MA
Duration- 1+ Year
Business Analysis, Identity and Access Management Implementation, Design & Architecture
1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
2. Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment
3. Strong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflows
4. Understanding of structured programming
● Responsible for capturing requirements and converting them into design artifacts● Evaluate potential impacts to the users as functionality is configured. Document summaries and detailed findings and recommendations with screenshots● Review business process flows and test scripts to assess for gaps or improvements● Responsible for reviewing, prioritizing, and delivering upon requirements from the business and IT● Identify topics and user impacts to be addressed in training, communication themes, and knowledge support materials.● Work with development and integration staff to understand boundaries of system capabilities, translate user and client needs into process, and define initial technical approaches.● Ability to get your hands into code delivery as necessary (this will grow with experience)
Good-to-Have 1. Development experience with Java, C++, JavaScript frameworks, Ansible, Bash, Powershell2. Release management experience3. Basic understanding of cloud systems, networks, platforms, browsers, operating systems4. Experience and understanding of data objects and databases5. Experience in troubleshooting system, user & environmental issues6. Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms (Sailpoint, ForgeRock,etc)7. Experience in Active Directory / SunOne Directory / Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition8. Experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) or DevOps (Github, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Containers, etc)
