Role- Cognos Developer
Location- Pleasanton, CA
, Pasadena, CA, Portland, Denver CO, Silverspring MD
Duration- 1+ Year
NOTE- NO OPT CONSULTANT
Job Description:- Strong experience in design and development of Cognos models, reports and cubes. Additionally, perform data analysis and develop report specs on regular basis.
Good experience in configuring the Cognos reporting environment. Migration Support of Cognos models, reports and cubes from one environment to another.
Strong experience and knowledge on Report Studio, Transformer, Framework Manager.
Roles & Responsibility:- Analyzing end user requirements and, based on findings; designing report mock-ups specifications and production reports; assisting in troubleshooting post-production performance issues. Develop application components that enable users to interact with complex data sets, process and ingest data, and use business intelligence tools to generate interactive reports. Experienced in Collaborates with the infrastructure team for supporting Cognos servers in case of failures/shut down.
Ability to meet timelines and milestones Performs detailed documentation of design, development, testing and deployment activities in accordance to SOX complianceeb
