Automation Anywhere Solution Architect : Dallas, Texas
Duration : 6 Months (can be extended)
Duration: 8 Months
JD:
· Strong strategy and architecture skills in building and delivering on enterprise scale products
· Working with the product manager, contribute to the strategy for process automation to support the rapid scaling of business and technology operations
· In partnership with enterprise architects and solution architects, manage the architecture framework, technologies and tooling to deliver on enterprise products
· Identify and assess automation opportunities across the enterprise to scope and prioritize their implementation
· Define the technical framework considering all relevant artifacts including, Security, compliance, access management, application landscape integration requirements
· Hosting & Environments including hybrid cloud, test, production, etc.
· Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery and assist development teams in resolving technical problems, assist Support teams to resolve issues
· Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs and create and maintain best practices and standards for solution definition documentation
· Communicate any identified risks and issues to the delivery/program manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
· Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
· Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, operations specialist and business partners in the delivery of automation solutions to scale enterprise level operations
· Work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise, and resolve those that do in a timely manner
· Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
· Work with a geographically dispersed team and stakeholder with flexibility and excellent communication and presentation skills
· Juggle multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly
· Research and respond to customer questions and navigate complex situations involving multiple parties
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience
· 8+ yrs in IT Leadership experience
· 3+ yrs using leading RPA software tools preferably Automation Anywhere a plus
· A proven track record driving results through direct management and collaboration with partners
· Strong interpersonal communication and team building experience
· Diverse experience in technology architecture, systems analysis and systems delivery
· Large enterprise experience working with Automation technologies
· Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
· Experience presenting Automation technology concepts to business executives and technical teams
· Detail oriented and highly skilled in staying focused amid complex situations
