Position : Salesforce BSA Location: San Jose, CA  Requirements: ·       Looking for a 15+years experienced BSA with Knowledge in Salesforce Cloud, CPQ, and Subscriptions functionalities. ·       Experience in managing Assets, Service Contracts, Opportunities (Renewal), Orders, Products in Salesforce. ·       Experience working with the ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle as part of the end to end business process analysis. ·       Experience working in the various product model, Hardware with Subscription and Traditional SaaS and supporting Initial Sales, Amendments, Renewals Capex, and Opex Revenue Models.   Responsibilities: ·       Needs strong business process knowledge and need to be system agnostic. ·       Should have good knowledge and hands-on in terms of data analysis, reports, and appetite towards learning new things. ·       Should possess knowledge in PL/SQL, SOQL to find data and quantify the use case. ·       Excellent communication and ability to understand business language and translate that into system definition. ·       Analyze the current business process and come up with the right system workflow as per industry standard and best practices. ·       Should be able to provide industry standard and best practices in terms of the business process under Lead to Cash for Hardware / Subscription flows. ·       Following agile practices and plan out deliverables on a milestone-based. ·       Able to talk on progress and concerns on the project and act as a single point for contact for overall project flow. (Not as PMO). ·       Should have a penchant for documentation (both as-is and to-be scenarios).
