Job Title: Oracle Agile PLM - Lead
Location: El Segundo, CA
Mandatory Skills:
Technical & Functional Skills
• 10+ years of strong Functional/Technical experience in PLM Domain and Tools, preferably in Oracle Agile PLM
• Knowledge of related Agile PLM modules like PC & PCM
• Experience on Aras Innovator is a plus
• Experience in Oracle Agile PLM Integration
• Experience in requirement gathering with customer/end users and developing Functional solution documents
• Experience in creating High Level Design document and Techinical Specification Documents
• Experience in programming languages like Java/J2ee
• Must have hands-on SQL, Procedures and PL/SQL knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide functional support for Agile PLM & Aras Innovator
• Ability to discuss and understand process, policies and recommend improvement
• Handle Support activities for both Agile PLM and Aras Innovator
• Understand the requirements from the business users and suggest an optimum solution
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Experience in Onsite/Offshore model
Generic Managerial Skills
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Plan and Forecast PLM Budget
• Manage Delivery for both PLM Support and Project
• Build and maintain relationship with customer key contacts and show acumen to suggest and run process improvement initiatives.
• Results oriented and self-motivated, with strong business insight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
