Description:
The CRM Systems Administrator will be required to perform the following tasks:
· Provision/de-provision users in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in production and staging.
· Deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
· Deploy SQL Integration Services packages.
· Refresh and munge production databases for staging, test and development environments.
· Assist Development team troubleshoot issues with network, Active Directory, deployment, Windows and PowerShell.
· Work with development and engineering team to automate, build and test CRM solutions.
· Configure, implement, monitor and maintain production and staging environments.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide analysis and recommendations for resolution and prevention.
· Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement, including system tuning and configuration changes.
· Provide Tier 4 COOP association support
To successfully perform the mentioned tasks for Farm Credit Bank of Texas the CRM Systems Administrator will require the following skills:
2+ years of CRM Administration experience with on premise infrastructure.
· Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
· Effectively use Microsoft Office applications – specifically Word and Excel
· Experience implementing and supporting Windows clients within a production environment.
· Strong comprehension of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP protocols.
· Strong troubleshooting skills (networking, virtualization, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Firewall)
· The ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
· Be able to work in a SOX/SOCII environment.
· 3+ years writing PowerShell scripts.
· 5+ years Windows Server Administration.
· 5+ years supporting a production Client/Server Windows environment (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SQL Server, etc).
· 5+ years’ experience working in a Virtualized environment (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).

· Experience using TFS/VSTF/Azure DevOps
· SQL Server Database Administration
· ServiceNow
