Job responsibilities (bullet points) – Describe what the job duties are.  What will the hired candidate be doing in this role? o   The essential functions of the job o   List of 5-10 responsibilities o   Begin each with a present tense action verb; “develop software”	·         Experience in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) ·         Played an AoD SLP functional expert with SLP implementation experience. ·         Experience in Preparing the workshop documents on customer need basis ·         Experience in executing design workshops ·         Collecting baseline requirements and configuring SLP modules in AoD ·         Experience in converting the business requirements into detailed Functional Specification ·         Experience in drafting detailed test scripts for the SLP business process ·         Experience in managing test cycles using testing tool  Tosca. ·         Experience in Supplier Request Templates Process ·         Experience in Supplier Registration Templates Process ·         Experience in Supplier Qualification Templates Process ·         Experience in Supplier Dis-Qualification Templates Process ·         Experience in Supplier Preferred Supplier Survey Templates Process ·         Experience in Supplier Performance and Risk Process an added advantage ·         Understanding of integration with SAP (e.g. ECC or S/4 HANA)/Non SAP system ·         Support project implementation functional scope deliverables ·         Integration with Ariba Network for Supplier Registration and Qualification ·         Integration with SAP S4 HANA, ARIBA with Informetica or Non-SAP systems for Supplier synch-up ·         Experience in working with SAP Ariba team on SR# issues. ·         CIG experience is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications (bullet points) – What skills and qualifications are needed in order to perform the job? o   Must haves o   Minimum KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)	·         At least 8 – 10 years experience in SAP Ariba area ·         Knowledge on Fiori, ODATA and integration in S4 Hana environment ·         Develop Ariba workbooks for product Sourcing in SAP Ariba Understand the Functional requirements of various procurement & inventory processes ·         P2P indepth process knowledge and experience ·       Configure Ariba Sourcing templates for RFQs, Sourcing projects, Sourcing Request etc. ·         Work on data migration activities for master data & understanding of cutover process Interacted with business partners to understand the AS-IS process and work on developing TO-BE process. Understanding of Ariba CIG to integrate documents between S4 and Ariba is required ·         Must possess excellent communication skills, Business analysis. ·         Experienced in handling work deliverables in multi-vendor collaborative environments. ·         Awareness of Change Management and Incident management process
