Position Overview
We are looking for Senior SailPoint Developer’s from Information Technology & Security background with hands on experience with SailPoint IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solutions. Ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT security, IGA use cases and their integrations with strong ability to design, develop and deploy IGA functions per the business requirements. This individual should have proven versatility across the IGA functions such as Identity seeding, Life Cycle Management, Access requests & Approvals, Password Management and Compliance Management, with the ability to assess, design, build, and deploy enterprise class IGA solutions and platforms based on SailPoint's IdentityIQ in complex environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver identity management consulting services including requirement gathering & analysis, design, build and deploy.
- Support business/customer/practice with technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and functional areas of IGA services as the subject matter expert
- Working with clients to support production environment and different maintenance process implementation & monitoring for production stability
- Prepare and own technical documents (requirement, design, build, release, unit test case)
Required Skills:
- Must have 5-10 years of Identity Governance and Administration services/tools implementation experience.
- Must have 4+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ modules (Compliance Manager, Life Cycle Manager & Password Management).
- Candidate should be well versed with the application integrations/onboarding process/frameworks with respect to the IGA functions.
- Candidate should be exposed to onboard applications such as Directory services (AD/LDAP), Operating systems, Database servers/tables, Mainframes, SCIM/Webservices based and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of all the flavors of SailPoint installation and deployment (On-premise data center and Cloud).
- Well versed with RBAC concepts such as Role modeling and Role mining/discovery
- Hands on experience in implementing SailPoint’s standard build & deployment services such as SSB/SSD, SSF, Accelerator Pack
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including performance & platform stability
- Solution development experience using tools/technology such as AngularJS, Java/J2ee, XML, JSF/XHTML, SQL, Webservices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in SailPoint IIQ upgrade (major version upgrade)
Educational Qualifications & Certifications Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (SCIE)
