Role(s): Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant
Role Location(s): Logan, UT or Remote
6-12 months contract
Role Scope / Deliverables:
The ideal candidate possesses both functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and the ability to tie the two together.
The candidate will be working with both Business and IT teams within the US to define, analyse and implement solutions that enhance the overall performance of the EBS system and related business processes.
Responsibilities include business requirements gathering, functional analysis, development, deployment, and sustaining support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders
- Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Setup and Configuration of the Oracle E-Business Suite modules to meet the business requirements
- Develop data conversions, interfaces, queries, scripts, and custom reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Skills:
- 4 years of experience in two or more Oracle EBS R12 functional areas, such as: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics & Shipping
- Technical experience with the tools used to support Oracle EBS application development such as: SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Toad, Oracle Developer Forms, Oracle Developer Reports, XML publisher, Oracle Workflow.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Oracle E-Business Suite-
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
- Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
