Job Description:
- 4+ years of Experience as Technical development in customer facing roles
- Strong hands-on development experience in Cool:Gen (CA Gen).
- CA gen with COBOL, JCL, Endeavor, Rex, DB2 responsible for resolving application incidents and problems and is accountable for the 24x7 on call support
- Analysis maintenance and problem resolution
- Perform in-depth analyses on production issues identify root causes, recommends temporary permanent resolutions, and prevent recurrence
- Identify opportunities to improve availability and efficiency Exhibits
- Excellent analytic and troubleshooting abilities for complex problem solving
- Strong technical leadership skill and an outspoken person who can speak and coordinate with other teams
