Main Responsibilities:
· Understand business requirements rose through user service requests and design solution accordingly.
· Do impact analysis of changes planned and prepare detail regression test suite to validate the impact.
· Ensure quality standards in release.
· Support production incidents and escalate to CACIB or third party as necessary.
· Create SOPs/fix logs for incidents.
· Perform root cause analysis for P1/P2/P3 and P4 incidents and/or proactively based on business needs.
· Work with the right teams within Genpact, CACIB or third parties for the implementation of change.
· Follow the required policies and procedures for the incident, problem and change management.
· Ensure service performance expectations are met with service levels and quality.
· Raise/escalate any service related issues and risks to track lead and/or BCI lead.
· Be the Biztalk SME and developer on critical projects for the client.
Required Skills for BizTalk Profile:
· Hands-on experience with BizTalk Server 2006 R2/2009/2010/2013.
· Solid knowledge and experience in .Net Framework 4.0/4.5, SQL, XML, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008.
· Experience with XML Schemas, Biztalk Maps, orchestrations and BRE.
· Experience in designing and implementing BizTalk solutions based on messaging and orchestration patterns.
· Experience with SOAP, HTTP, File, FTP, SFTP, POP3, SMTP, WCF Adapters.
· Experience in BizTalk deployment on clustered environment.
· Should have knowledge of different Enterprise application integration patterns.
· Must have hands-on SQL server – creating SP, tables joins, triggers , cursors
· Must have hands – on creating WCF services
· Must have good trouble shooting and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Strong desire to understand functional aspects of applications.
· High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills.
· Able to work under minimal supervision.
· Full understanding of SDLC/Waterfall and/or Agile Scrum
Preferred/Desired Skills:
· Configuration Management, Build and Deployment.
· Ability to work directly with business clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Working experience in applications related to accounting & financial reporting. Credit risk is a plus.
· Knowledge of Control-M or other scheduling application
· Capital Markets Domain knowledge is preferred
· Knowledge of ITIL, integration across IPC (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
· Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Performance Goals
· Meet defined SLAs and KPIs related to application and production support
· Improvements and optimizations to stabilize the plant
