Position:         Sr. Business Analyst with QA Experience Location:         Harrisburg, PA Duration:         1+ year contract with possible experience Face To Face interview Program Manager 4 (PM4) - 8 to 9 years relevant experience The Program Manager will function as Business Analyst and Quality Assurance •          Willing to assist with training, developing user guides or other Business Analyst activities when necessary. •          Experience creating user stories, tasks, and bugs in TFS. •          Communicates clearly and works with users and client as necessary. •          Experience with Manual Testing practices and software, such as Microsoft Test Manager. •          Experience with System, Integration and User Acceptance testing. •          Experience participating in Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis. •          Experience creating workflows. •          Experience gathering detailed requirements for OnBase workflows and Unity forms. •          Experience in working on Scrum Team or Agile Environment Thanks for doing business with us.
