Job Description:
4-6 years of experience as IT Business Analyst/System Analyst
2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow in any capacity
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities like workflows, SLAs, Integrations, Reporting etc.
Ability to drive conversations with stakeholders and document the complex requirements
Ability to break requirements in smaller pieces (stories) and explain them to Technical Team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
