itle: Business Analyst
Location: Hingham, MA
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Contractor: $/hr on 1099/C2C
Note: Must have Retail Industry experience, and ideally Apparel Industry… 5 years BA a must.
Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
- Five years of solid Business Analyst experience is required.
- Gathering business reporting requirements from a diverse group of business users.
- Will create, document and implement test plans and scripts.
- Managing and handling deployments into UAT and production environments.
- Monitoring and responding to different tickets and defects.
- Troubleshooting and resolving help desk tickets in accordance with all SLA established timeframes.
- Experience in handling Retail industry projects is required.
- Good knowledge of the SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS environment is required.
- Apparel Industry experience is preferred.
- Understanding of data architecture.
- Knowledge of data standards.
- Work within formal Change Management methodologies.
- Work well with a variety of teams and organizations to provide responsive and quality support.
