Skills Required

4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Profound understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology and opportunity identification / process optimization is required
Experience in a large transformational engagement preferred
Start-up experience preferred, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation content and delivery skills
Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Results-oriented with strategic-thinking and a sense of urgency and passion
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project
