Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job location: Dearborn, MI
 
Update on requirement: We are getting profiles with Angular & HTML experience, but they are more on development side. Client is purely looking at Web designers, someone who can design the forms, define what the layout will be, decide on the color & other schemes to make the form visually appealing to end -user.
 
Mandatory Skills:
 
·         Good Idea and working knowledge of HTML, HTML5, Angular JS, Javascript
•        3+ years of professional Web development experience
•        Ability to effectively work with UX team members and stakeholders through the entire product development cycle, successfully launching web, mobile, and/or software applications
•        Extensive experience with HTML, HTML5, Javascript, Angular, JS application architecture, Unit testing
•        High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc.)
•        Experience with Agile methodologies in development life cycle
·         Strong expertize with HTML, CSS and writing cross-browser compatible code
·         Good understanding of AJAX and Javascript BOM manipulation techniques
 
Preferred Skills:
 
•        Professional Web development experience on HTML, CSS , HTML5, Angular JS, Javascript.
•        Good understanding of IT technologies used in engineering standard space .
•        Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong team orientation.
 
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
 
•        Develop & enhance existing internal websites for client businesses.
•        Develop and maintain the business requirement documents, including analysis, detailed business requirements, design, signoffs, high-level project costs, and cost/business value projections.
•        Engage appropriate technical experts within IT and from vendors during project phases
•        Support discussion with business, IT management, and vendor teams
•        Leverage communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills through all phases of the project
•        Work with production support and Business IT organizations to ensure services provided to business
•        Partner with the customer to drive business process reengineering efforts, including documenting and performing investigation, feasibility, benchmarking and analytical studies on the engineering processes.
