Description:

• The Program Manager is responsible for directing the project managers of various workstreams to ensure the success of the program as a whole.
• Providing oversight of the project teams, managing and motivating them as necessary.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders: internal and external to ensure successful execution of the
• program plans. 
• Putting in place the governance and operational working practices of the program team.
• Coordinating the management of multiple related workstreams toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. 
• Ensuring that the delivery of the program is within the set time, scope and budget constraints.
• Consistently monitor the program, including but not limited to, program budget and program deliverables.
• Managing and resolving dependencies between the workstreams of the program as needed.
• PMP certification and experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred
• Deep project and program management experience spanning multiple work streams, HR domain expertise and technology expertise.
• Workday or Kronos expertise is preferred, but not required
