Job Title:  Oracle HCM 

Location :   Long Beach, CA

Contract  - 06 months

 

•  At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR,

• Compensation & Benefits) – involved in the implementation phase starting

• from requirements gathering till Go live.

• · At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• · Compensation Module expertise – experience in every year cyclic activities

• on compensation –around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term

• based etc.

• · Experience on talent management – Goals, Performance would be an

• additional advantage. (but not a must) · Drive the requirement workshops for

• the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM

• Cloud, design and configuration.

• · Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and

• reports, suggest best practices.

• · Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment ·
