Job Summary:

Work with business to scope out and solve complex use cases.
This most likely will be working in Macros in excel, some VB work, moving AccessDB?s to SQL server ? so very windows centric. Good on Research and Development to gather details from Customer pain points.
Solutions for customer pain points in a short span of time and documenting to help the business and team understand and execute it.
Handle customer meetings individually.
Own the end to end on the requirements.
Ability to work independently and as well guide the team members.
Ability to work as a team in Agile environment Reviewing code for performance efficiency and optimization to address simple solution for complex problems.
Strong communication skills required for Demo meeting with customer and clarification meeting.
