Responsibilities
JD :
Devise criteria for launching user trials and user experience testing(teamfood /dogfood program) for AAE reference platform fleet
Create schedule for user trials (teamfood/ dogfood program) for AAE releases
Create a system to manage fleet reservations
Track fleet utilization
Create a system for collecting and reporting user feedback
Track user reported bugs and ensure no bugs are lost due to insufficient information or users not adhering to SOPs
Create and maintain documentation to guide users
Send periodic reports containing key trends in user feedback
Triage user reported issues and track resolution within reasonable time
Escalate to ensure timely resolution of issues blocking user trials
Coordinate with release management and Engprod to ensure readiness of builds for user trials
Track bug fixes in periodic releases and devise a system to inform user trial participants of the new features/ bug fixes
Summarize all user reported bugs in dashboards and send periodic reports to stake holders
Coordinate with hardware team and fleet maintenance (pitcrew) team to ensure readiness of reference platform(teamfood/dogfood) fleet
Provide feedback to engprod on defects founds by users and track actions to plus test coverage gaps
Qualifications
3-5 years program management experience preferably in managing user trials, user feedback collection, beta trials or field trials
Customer facing/ user feedback collection/ user survey experience
Experience in bug reporting/tracking systems
Experience in creating dashboards/ reports containing analytical as well as qualitative findings about programs
Experience in communicating program status to stakeholders at all levels within org
Experienced in working with Engprod, QA testing, release management, over the air updates team
High level understanding of various engineering functions
SOPs/Process design , implementation and tracking experience
