Responsibilities:
Accountable for Design and Build Phase deliverable,
Design and develop synchronous, asynchronous services and reusable utilities using CDS views/extensions, Fiori Apps and Object Oriented ABAP
Create Technical document, code reviews and ensure these are meeting the standards.
Responsible for Team Sync-Ups and business reviews. Effectively handled escalations and prompt to identify risks and mitigate them.
Code Line management and build automation for on premise and cloud projects.
Work with L3 teams to review live site issues in production and create an action plan to fix them.
Perform an impact and technical gap analysis and data migration analysis for migration projects.
Baseline application performance metrics and define target metrics to meet.
Create POC’s and ramp-up team members on new features to implement in the project.
Motivate and create technology culture across Accenture.
Coordinate day-to-day activities for team members and help offshore team to deliver expectations.
