Role : Pega Architect

Location : Lake Forest, IL

Description :

Lead the development teams

Participation in Design Discussions

Analysing the client requirements and coming up with solution architecture

Creating the solution design document

Involve in design and development of application, create class structure flows and lay down the Guardrails to be followed by team during development

Integrate the application with multiple interfaces used by the Trustmark

Analyzing and improving performance using PAL

Code review, code migration to higher environments

Attend regular project review calls/meetings

Monitor and escalate issues effectively , ensuring clear communication channels and timely voicing of risks on the projects/initiatives managed

Continue to be actively involved in organization/unit building activities like team building, coaching workshops, client management etc
