Must Have Skills
In depth knowledge on Genesys Framework and complete architecture.
Proficient in development & installation of e-Services applications like.
Email, Chat, SMA and Social Network applications and analysing issues with corresponding servers like Media servers, Interaction Server, UCS, Stat Server, ORS/URS.
Proficient in GA, GAX and CME.
Good knowledge on Genesys Reporting applications like CC Pulse and GI2.
Hands on experience in implementing e-Services solutions.
Knowledge on Genesys Agent Desktop application WDE and its integration
with Genesys and third party applications.
