Role:Application Developer(Linux)
Location:MENOMONEE FALLS WI
Duration: Fulltime (Contract)
Description/Comment:
Cloud Platform - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Must Haves:
*Expertise in common Public Cloud Iaas consumption concepts, preferably Google Compute Engine
*Solid understanding of Linux (preferably RHEL)
Languages:
Python, Shell, Bash
*Ansible
*Jenkins
*GitHub
Primary Skill Set for this role:
Linux & Cloud
Nice to Haves:
*Experience with Puppet and Puppet Hiera
*Experience with Agile and CICD practices
*Experiencing writing software tests using kitchen-inspec
*Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Hashicorp Terraform
*Creating and maintaining custom Terraform providers
*Building Cloud VM Images using Hashicorp Packer
*Experience building and maintaining software repos (yum)• Describe an average day in the life of this role: Use the listed tool to drive and deliver an automated solution for infrastructure/environment changes
