Summary:
A highly motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Configuration Engineer to join our IT Service Management team to provide application support across the ServiceNow ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join a DevOps-driven ServiceNow team with many greenfield opportunities. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and experience with ServiceNow administration & end-user support in an enterprise production environment. Day to day activities will be troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of ServiceNow issues, as well as leading & supporting team members with ongoing project & development efforts in ServiceNow.

• Surrounding team & key projects	Job Responsibilities • Perform daily intake, triage, and resolution of production systems incidents and service requests as assigned. • Perform ServiceNow administrative or configuration work as requested across 3 environments (development, test, production) • Participation as an active DevOps team member to take on additional testing, grooming, troubleshooting, etc as required. • Export\Import data in ServiceNow as needed • Perform deployments by moving update sets and importing xml • Create knowledge base articles to aid end-user and fulfiller knowledge sharing • Participate in the incident management process and other internal processes as needed • Collaborate with user experience teams to enhance the ServiceNow user experience overall

Typical Day in the Role	Qualifications • Expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and developer required • Excellent troubleshooting skills • 4+ years of experience in technical support and system administration in a ServiceNow environment • ServiceNow Administration & Advanced Administration training • ServiceNow Administration Certified • ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required • Understanding of CSM and GRC experience preferred • Experience with Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side scripting • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or technology
