Should have excellent and hands-on knowledge working in Service Cloud, Communities and lightning
Enterprise consulting experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.
Candidate should be a functional SME in Sales force of relevant Sales force consultant experience with experience working on lightning projects for at least 2 years.
Nice to have skills
Fintech experience is preferred.

Detailed Job Description

Should have excellent and hands-on knowledge working in Service Cloud, Communities and lightning
Certifications Needed: Yes – Sales force Certified Administrator, Sales force Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Top Responsibilities
Interact with business owners, Identify Sales force solutions for the requirements, guide the developers in implementing the requirements
Work with the technical development team to coordinate and get the to-be process configured customized in Sales force
Functional validation of the to-be Sales force features to ensure accuracy of the business requirements
