Job Title : Sailpoint Admin Location : Newport Beach, CA Duration: Long Term Job Description: - Provide admin-related support to IIQ deployments (whole lifecycle: DEV, QA, PROD)
- Provide support during server patches/fixes
- Assist the development team with IIQ upgrades
- Update XMLs related to ORG UNITS and deliver them to the development team
- Assist in recertification campaigns
- Manage/update identity cubes in IIQ
- Intake of tickets from the ticketing tool
- Handling of Severity 1 &2 tickets code fix
- Escalations from L2 support team
- Minor Enhancements, developing workflows, fixes, features for SailPoint etc.,
- Supporting configuration changes
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge repository
- Support version upgrade-IIQ
- Support SailPoint integrations
- Support Application onboarding
