Role: Java Developer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Java Programming language -
1) Should be able to develop applications and apis using Java, Spring and Hiberante. (Must)
2) Experience with Angular Js and Node (Must)
3) AWS services such as Ec2, S3, CloudFormation, Route 53, Cert Manager, cloudWatch. (Must)
4) Develop automated test cases using Junits or similar. (desired)
5) Chef experience with Ruby scripting (desired)
6) Exposure to Linux operating systems.(desired)
7) Capable of working in agile flow and if possible enhance the process. (Client recently move to agile methadologies)
1. Proficient and Hands-on java developer Creating Application Programming Interfaces (API's) using Java and Spring MVC for client.
2. Understand UI technology like Angular JS, java script, CSS and AWS services.
3. Develop common test data.
4. Configure, build and test the application or technical architecture components.
5. Participate in code reviews.
6. Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities.
7. Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
8. Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the testers.
9. Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
10. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
