Hello,   Please go through the below requirement If you are interested send me resume ASAP.     Job Title:         UX Designer Location:         Fort Collins, CO Duration:         6-12 Months Contract   Need Portfolio,   Job Description: We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer for Client chatbot for Customer Support which is based on an artificial intelligence (AI) platform and has a conversational interface.  The goal is to create interactions that are clear, user friendly for a global audience, efficient and consistent in tone and personality. The UX designer will understand the conversational interface technical implementation, current pain points and the objectives/requirements of various existing and planned experiences related to helping clients customers with technical troubleshooting. The work will focus primarily around the interaction between a user and a bot in a chat window and includes deliverables related to defining user flows, customer journey maps, mockups and prototypes.  Since the work is on a conversational interface, a command of the English language is necessary to propose accurate labelling and phrasing within the user flows. The UX designer will also influence changes to the launch and presentation of the chat window. The UX designer will optimize the experience and will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys. The UX designer will identify and document best practices for bot-to-user interactions and iterate upon those in accordance with user-testing.   Responsibilities Translate concepts into user flows, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver user flows, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for English and non-English experiences. Identify interaction problems and devise elegant revisions. Take a user-centered interaction design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.   Requirements Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. Proven ability to learn new technical platforms and use new tools. This will be needed for bot dialog authoring. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great interaction design. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.   Education and Experience Required University or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated hands on UX design feedback on a large scale web application as principal UX engineer. UX portfolio with discrete examples of improvements implemented with measurable business outcomes. Typically 5+ years of experience as referenced above. Familiarity with conversational interfaces a plus. Familiarity with chat and messaging platforms a plus.
