· Focus will be to tune a Solr collection for a new API that MUST maintain a sub-second total response time

· Potentially tuning current Solr collections that usually perform well but have intermittent long response times

· Need approach to optimize Solr collections used for Faceted API's

· All Solr API's are Java using Spring Boot
