Our client in the King of Prussia area is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join their team. This is a 6 month contract to hire role in a growing, technology driven, fast-paced company with a collaborative team with the opportunity to build a ServiceNow team under them after getting established in the role.
Position Description:
Looking for a Certified System Admin/Developer Lead for ServiceNow to come in and train/coach current employees and customers on best practices for the ServiceNow, as well as design, develop, configure, test and deploy solutions for the ServiceNow platform. They will be the go-to for anything ServiceNow related.
· Strong experience with ServiceNow and familiarity to customize and configure within the platform including;
o Implementing data loads
o Designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions for ServiceNow
o Implementing Service Portal, data loads, inbound/outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows, discovery and reconciliation for the CMDB
· Ability to train, coach and mentor employees with ServiceNow
· SNOW development/administration
· Experience with ITSM most of it in ServiceNow
• Experience coding with AngularJS, Javascript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
• Software Integration experience utilizing Web Based API
• Good written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
• Experience in prioritizing a complex and diverse group of projects; balancing project deliverables while supporting daily operational stability
**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN KOP OFFICE M-F
Bonus Skills:
· Experience training employees on ServiceNow / leading a team
· Project management experience
Considers themselves a ServiceNow subject matter expert
Ability to handle a complex group of projects
