Salesforce (Sr Business Analyst-Administrator)

Role: Salesforce (Sr Business Analyst/Administrator)

Onsite Location: Hicksville, NY (preferred) or Houston, TX

Duration: 6 months contract (extendable).

· Salesforce administrator certifications ADM201 and ADM211 required. (Ideally both or at least one of them)

· 2 years of minimum experience maintaining a Salesforce.com org on (Enterprise, Unlimited, or Developer editions).

· Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

· Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of requests around our CRM program.

· Clear understanding where declarative functionality ends and custom development begins.

· Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for regular major SFDC releases.

· Successful Classic to LEX migrations are a plus.

· Ability to coordinate with geographically distributed teams especially offshore.
