Sr Business Analyst with Dynamic CRM
Location: Albany, NY
Term: Contract


Dynamic CRM functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
1. Single point of Contact for customer engagement
2. Business process analysis and requirement mapping in Dynamics 365
3. Documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' within accurate and detailed scoping documents
4. Testing and Documenting BRD / FSD
5. Consulting - covering aspects such as presales and supporting the sales team, product
demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015.

Knowledge and Expertise:
· Minimum 8 years of experience as functional BA  in different industries Manufacturing, Public sector, Banking etc.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015 is preferred
· End to end understanding of Sales, Marketing and Service Modules and related Setups Dynamics CRM 365/2016/2015/2011
· Experience of working on at least 3 full life cycle implementations
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Strong experience in training business users and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering
· skills.
· Experience of integrating Dynamics CRM with 3rd Party tools (SCRIBE/Power BI)
