Data Architect, responsible for building ETL logic between Workday and our Data Factory environment, leveraging both Talend and FivetranExperience with Master Data management productivity tools (ETL, Informatica, SQL/Oracle Golden Gate, Workday designer, Talend, Snowflake, DB Translation design) a plusStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to analyze business requirements to determine processing flow, user requirements and inter-dependencies of multiple information systems• Must be able to communicate goals and instructions in a clear and efficient manner 
Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Workday Data models and configuration model• Solid experience in performance tuning ETL Jobs & Database queries
