• Minimum 10+ years of experience with Performance/Load testing
• Experience architecting and leading large performance testing projects
• Extensive experience with HP Performance Center/HP LoadRunner is a must
• Project Manager skills, able to drive the process from multiple standpoints
• Experience with CRM applications or healthcare systems is a big plus
