Job description:
Responsibilities
Provide 24*7 operational support to all middleware production interfaces including weekends and holidays (On Call support for P1 and P2).
Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
Monitor alerts and escalate issues for all middleware interfaces and processes.
Coordinate with different IT application teams to ensure reliability of all the middleware interfaces.
Identify scope for system/process improvement, involve in system/process enhancements activities and take it to closer.
Professional Experience
7+ years of application development / maintenance experience in Dell Boomi integrations.
Hands-on Experience in Java, Javascript, Boomi APIs, Curl scripts, Vormetric scripts ,Groovy Scripts and Shell Scripts or similar programming languages.
Knowledge in infrastructure-based landscapes for distributed architecture, Atom/Molecule sizing & benchmarking
Strong hands-on experience on Boomi Process building & deployment, API management, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, integration packs usage, etc.
Good grip on fundamentals/key concepts such as Troubleshooting of fail over processes, load-testing, data security, change-control best practices, Integration with Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Veeva CRM..etc
Experience on building and designing REST, SOAP, XML over HTTP APIs.
Experience in DB, Disk, Salesforce, LDAP and web-service connectors.
Good knowledge on Oracle PLSQL, triggers, views and stored procedures.
Must have knowledge in debugging and troubleshooting issues on dell Boomi Atomsphere.
Boomi Integration Developer Certification - (Must)
Good to have skills
Good to have knowledge on debugging and troubleshooting issues on Oracle SOA 11g and B2B 11g and Oracle ADF managed bean and backing beans.
Good to have basic knowledge on denodo data integration tool.
Good to have Knowledge on Life Sciences /Pharma domain and working experience in GxP applications.
