Role : Application Support – Technical Lead

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 1+ year

 

We need someone who has lead cross-functional IT teams. This role will oversee the other team members of the new App Support team. A former IT manager, dev manager, app support manager would be great.

 

Skillset Requirements

• 6+ years Technical Lead / Manager experience
• 6+ years software and dB development experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Understands how to lead a team to perform outage resolution
• Able to react to escalations and maintain communications with management
• AWS experience (AWS Certified is a plus)
• ETL experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of DevOps / Cloud / Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Enterprise, IT and Business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Telecom/network experience is a plus
