Must Have Skills
1. AEM - need professionals having good hands on experience in AEM 6.x
2. Web application development experience with design and development experience on WCM technologies
3. Solid experience on AEM 6.x with building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets
4. Proven experience in AEM installation, configuration, security implementation, configuration of various parameters using Felix control, etc.
5. Hands on development experience is required on Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, AJAX, XML, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON and other web technologies
6. Experience on Search Integration with AEM
7. Good to have mobile website development
8. Database experience on Oracle / MS SQL

Detailed Job Description:
• Tech lead with expertise in AEM. Minimum 5 yrs experience in AEM and should have played the role of tech lead in the past.
• Responsible for translates business requirements into technical details.
• Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation
• Provides onsite/offshore technical leadership on large, complex WCM based projects
• Perform high and low level design, provides pseudo codes, Implements the prototypes and does design reviews in order to deliver design documents as per customer requirements.
• Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues
• Leads a team of offshore engineers and responsible for on-time delivery of allocated WCMS project/project modules
• Verify/Validate/QA the teams work to ensure that the team generates high quality output
• Collaborate with Architect/Technical Governance teams to develop IP based solution, frameworks and productivity accelerators
• Defines documents and communicates the project progress to Project Manager/ Delivery.
• Participate in estimation and solutioning in order to provide inputs for preparing solution delivery for proposals
