Magento Senior Developer
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience working as a PHP, Magento 2 developer for a minimum of 5+ years.
2. In-depth understanding of Magento, PHP, LAMP, MYSQL, XHTML, HTML, Java, Javascript, JQuery.
3. An in-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
4. A strong understanding of browser compatibility, mobile, and SEO practices.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven problem-solving ability.
7. Strong attention to detail, with test, QA and deployment experience.
8. Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently thru completion.
9. B.S. in programming or computer science.
Preferred Experience:
1. Responsive Web design
2. Magento Cloud experience
3. Performance testing of Magento 2
Responsibilities Include:
1. Customizing and styling the Magento front end
2. Testing, configuring and installing Magento Extensions
3. Using custom programming to enhance Magento Commerce
4. Integrating Magento with other applications like order management, ERP systems etc.
5. Applying revisions and updates
6. Maintaining a rollout strategy and calendar
7. Building, modifying and maintaining Magento environments
8. Testing across mobile devices, operating systems and browsers
9. Upgrading Magento installations
