Job Title: - Support Executive Work Location: - Saint Petersburg ,FL Experience required: - 5-8 Essential Skills:- - Experience of supporting and using Avaya ASA, Avaya System Manager, Avaya Aura Messaging, Avaya CMS Supervisor, Avaya contact center applications.
- Operational experience supporting multi-vendor PBXs and contact centers in Avaya environments.
- Hands on experience with configuration, installation, PBX maintenance and digital access and cross connect operation and configuration.
- Ability to adapt to other technologies, providing assistance to other teams as needed during turn-ups, cut-overs, etc.
- Financial & Banking experience preferred.
- Avaya Certified in at least 2; CM6 and higher, SYS/SES MGR, AAM, AAC, AES.
Role Description - Support daily moves, adds, changes.
- Identify, isolate and resolve voice problems to mitigate business impact.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices.
- Provide and maintain detailed documentation for employees and support team.
- Act as systems/process expert and provide all setup and programming for teams that utilize voice systems.
- Incident management diagnoses, resolve and close incidents Resolve and own technical problems until resolution.
- Serve as a technical resource on projects as required.
- Provide training, guidance and technical assistance where necessary.
